Pre-Draft Power Rankings

You defend your guys a little bit more than players on other teams. That's what fans do. For example Sun's stomp, Lions fans weren't 100% on him while a GB fan was like "Dirty". If Suh was on GB you wouldn't have the same type of outrage. Just the way it goes..

Everyone or just about everyone has a little homerish in them.

But there's a difference between fan and homer.

And I would think it was dirty if a packer did it.

In all honesty, I didn't really think it was dirty at all. And I wouldn't have if someone had stomped on a Lion like that.

To me it was pretty obvious that tempers were flaring up and it was getting out of control. I've said all along, it was a lot more of a "kick for good measure" than a stomp ala Haynseworth.

It might have looked bad, but it wasn't as bad as it looked. It was about to become a brawl. If Suh had punched him instead, it wouldn't have looked as "dirty", but it still came from the same frustration and temper.

The good 'ole days when you could kick or stomp an opposing player and it meant nothing..
