Preseason Schedule Released

Come on man, if you are going to insult me at least throw in an F'in to show you are serious. I don't know when it's real mean, or just kinda mean.

Sorry I never went to the school of winks, f'ins, bros, etc... not sure how the lingo goes or when to put it in a sentence.

Because you`re a fkn idiot. I know.

Hey, tell us again how Ebron is really a WR again. That was fun!!

Sure, no problem. He sucks at blocking, he was drafted to be basically Jimmy Graham x2. You think of Jimmy Graham as a real tight end? I sure don't. He's an F-style tight end, which is basically saying he is a wide receiver playing off the line.

"STRENGTHS Releases cleanly and accelerates into patterns. Outstanding athletic ability and receiving skills. Threatens every level. Advanced route runner. Pierces the seam and is a mismatch vs. man coverage -- regularly bested defensive backs. Terrific quickness, agility, balance and body control. Catches cleanly off his frame. Makes one-handed grabs look routine. Wide catching radius. Catches on the move and has an extra gear to pile up yards. Excellent production. Will be a 21-year-old rookie". NFL Draft basically used every single verb and adjective to describe him as a WR, and excluded any words that would help describe him as a blocker.

But you go back to defending, hating, defending, liking, hating, defending, understanding, hating the pick. That's always fun!

Again, you have nothing as usual. Ebron is a TE. Depth chart says, his football card says so, he says so and his team says so. Just because a scouting report writes that he has WR qualities, that doesn't mean he's actually a fucking WR. He's a PASS CATCHING TE WHO ISN'T KNOWN FOR HIS BLOCKING. That's all the avetage intelligent football fan needs to know. You can't make up shit as you go just because you're some ignorant fuck that doesn't like to be wrong.

Oh, and EE was drafted to be the next Graham? Totally taken out of context, but I expect nothing less from the umbrella club. Lets say he was (which he wasn't), this is the same guy that fought with the Saints because he wanted to be tagged as a WR. Guess what? He lost and he was tagged as a TIGHT END. Crazy shit eh!!!

Jimmy Graham and Eric Ebron are TEs in the NFL. So go ahead and make up your stupid fancy names like hybrid, throw a letter in front of the TE....whatever!! He's a TE .....END OF STORY ;)

Hes a pass catching te that isnt known for his blocking or his catching. Therefore he is nothing. ....sounds like a top ten pick up me!

Cuttin to the chase here...

"BOTTOM LINE Highly athletic, highly productive "F" tight end loaded with upside and mismatch capability. Possesses the speed, movement skills, hands and run-after-catch skills to emerge as a playmaking weapon in the pros, though has room to continue developing as a blocker."

He was considered a VERY good catching TE coming out of college. He did have a few dropped passes his last year, but he has quite a few highlight reel grabs too.

Revisionist history doesn't make him a brick.

No is saying he's a piece of shit. Just that he was a piece of shit last year. That he didn't deserve to be picked ten. That he needs to improve ten fold.

I just made it simple..

He deserved to be pick 10. Everyone had him rated in that range at the time. So he deserved it.

Rookie TEs struggle. You know that going in no matter where he was picked. We picked him 10 for his production year 2 and beyond, not solely for rookie production. Clearly we didn't need him that much as a rookie when we won 11 games. Each year we'll need him more and we'll need him alot when Calvin is gone. Then it's worth 10.

The problem is you all have a one year approach when determining his value. Oh he didn't produce as a rookie. Who cares. If he produces the next 4 years, he'll be worth pick 10.

Saying he wasn't worth pick 10, right now, is just incredibly stupid.

Y2E is on the Jason Fox plan. He will be Y5E half the board and the entire front office will be claiming "this is the year".
