Due dilligence is a good thing (remember Titus Young not visiting). And some visits help the Lions not tip their hand at 10. Bashing the Lions for bringing in alot of guys is dumb.
so you are saying they did not do their due diligence when they wasted a 2nd round pick on Titus.

Visits mean jackshit.
Didn't they coach him at the senior bowl where he showed up in an RV with his picture on the side?
Last year every player we took visited. The year before, none. It's a toss up.
Based somewhat on our track record with second round picks, but primarily on needs and availability, I'm beginning to think we should try to trade into the back end of the first round for Shazier. Palmer has done an adequate job, but Shazier looks like a stud. He has the speed to cover in the slot, and is a very sound tackler. Assuming we get Gilbert/Dennard/HaHa first, Shazier could provide noticeable improvement to the defense.
We could still find a burner WR or slot guy (depending on how we utilize Tate) in the later rounds.

threw 3 trades in. Det moves down to 15 as pitt reacts to a run on OTs. 49ers move up for a playmaker at WR. Jax moves back into the first for their qb.

What kind of a pick do you think we'd get for moving back from 10 to 15? A 4th rounder?
Has to be at least a third round pick.
