Reason why Suh got angry

Mitch[/color]]I could careless about the untying of the shoes, I actually thought that was funny. But Suh barely reacted. And yeah, it wasn't that bad.

Yes it was.

All Suh had to do is retie the butterfly knot after the first or esp. second time, or tape over them when he was on the bench, fer chissakes.. but I think what really set him off was when Dietrich-Smith first bent him back when he was on his knees , then put his arms around his neck in a loose headlock, pulling Suh down as he tried to get up.

Still, the big dummy should know how and esp WHEN to fuck with another player on the opposing team who fucks with him first, and NOT in immediate retaliation after a down is finished, maybe with more time and experience he will learn when and how to better do that, but he should know already that revenge is a dish best served cold, and that he as well as some of the rest of the the team now has developed a rep for dirty play, whether deserved or not and HE most of all, has the biggest target on his back with the zebras. JMO.

IMO, what it comes down to is that Suh, though he is intelligent...well spoken...and generally a good person, is very immature. He is 24 years old. Though I didn't ever stomp on someone, I did some stupid shit at that age when I got really mad, as im sure MOST of us did.

I got in a drunken argument with a girlfriend once and pushed her down. I was probably 23 or 24 at the time. Certainly not my proudest moment, and I regret that I did it, but it is something i would never do now.

Lebeling Suh as a dirty player and saying incidences like this WILL happen again is the same as saying you CANNOT change or learn from the time you're 24. Fortunately, 24 years old is not the height of maturity and people can learn from their mistakes.

I still love the way the guy plays. What I expect from him is to learn from this and move one. I'll write him off as stupid if this is the first of a pattern of dumb things. But it isn't, so I'll give him a break and keep cheering for him. He's a smart guy....he'll get it.

And Mitch is 100% correct....it really wasn't that bad. Stupid, hell yes. As damning as some people and the "Worldwide Leader is Sports" would have you believe.....hell no.

Someone needs to quickly take Suh on a short drive to Ann Arbor to talk to Shoelace about how to play with untied shoes.

From now on UM has DR who is Shoelace and Detroit has NS who is Suhlace. ;P

Maybe Suh should have untied that fucker's shoes.

Then the two of them could have spent the whole game tying and untying shoes.
