Rebuild .. forward to the future!

Tell your boss to try and help get foxd back on dish so I can watch games

Totally Tigers is the most negative website I have ever witnessed.

With that acknowledgement, ..I humbly request that you please refrain from posting any 'totallytigers' links in my threads.

pretty simple solution...don't click on the link

Hey tigerman wtf and who do you think you are. You have insulted and been condescending to several posters here including initially me!
I posted to you several weeks ago proceed with caution. I don't know who you think you are, or what other Tigers baseball sites you came from and IDGAF!!
Talk down to me or another mod or any long time good posters here and you will be released.

Hahahaha

The "my threads" part cracks me up. You are on a message board. You have no control over what others post on threads.

If I could control what others say, this would be the perfect message board. And pretty boring when everyone agrees on every detail.

Maybe he thinks this is Reddit.

Unless you're a mod, even on Reddit you don't get to decide what goes in your threads. The internet is not a safe space. If you can't handle opposing views here, how the hell would you function in the real world?

Thanks tomdalton22 ..I appreciate your advice.

Fact is ..I had not clicked on it ..because I always read Totally Tigers every day anyway!

FWIW: Even though I consider Totally Tigers to be the most negative Detroit Tiger site I have ever visited ..I still read it every day.
Moreover, .. beyond the regular dose of negativity on that site ..I truly do think Holly is a great writer. But, imho, her blog that day was not about the Rebuild.

I think the Tigers will do surprisingly well this year ..and barring excessive injuries ..might win 70+.

Thanks again.

Offhand, I do not know what Reddit is.
I'll look it up.
Will not surprise me though if after I look it up ..I might quickly recognize it from past browsings.

Ok .. OK .. you are right!!! I deserve to be laughed at for that.

My favorite board these days is Motown Sports. The longtime regulars there surely know their baseball .. BIG TIME. And they talk all the time ..every day there are actual baseball discussions ..dozens of posts daily ..all enjoy talking baseball ..especially Detroit Tiger baseball.

Was hoping could get involved in more actual baseball discussion here. Have been a serious baseball fan for a whole lot of years and truly do appreciate actual baseball discussion. Especially Detroit Tiger baseball!

I realize I am not always the best communicator ..sometimes come across the wrong way ..but I do most often mean well.

Thanks for the feedback.

Real world is great!

Interpersonal discussions are often much MUCH easier when communicating face-to-face with real people.

I believe most folks here are great people and will learn to appreciate me if given a fair chance.

No but Reddit you get down votes just for saying hi. That place is toxic.

Detroit Tigers mailbag: Yes, the Lions have a quicker path to a title than the Tigers.

Quicker is laughable, for a franchise whose teams have mustered all of two divisional championships and one playoff win in the SB era. What the Lions do have is a shorter path to playing in a championship game ON PAPER. If the franchise cannot get there within the time remaining on their 10 year vet QB's current contract, then it could soon be back to square one with a different QB starting behind center. They should be considering drafting Stafford's successor no later than Spring 2021.

I think they answered as best they could (see the first part of their answer below)

It's a lot easier to turn a team around in the NFL than it is in MLB. The Tigers remain years away from being competitive, much less being championship-caliber.

As much as what it takes to turn around the Tigers we've seen where the Lions are at, average team at best and horrible at it's worst. For 62 years now.
