Trump has been badmouthing the MSM, ever since he did a no-show for his first scheduled presser in over a year in the late summer of '16, then boasted about it during the next campaign stop. When members of the press wrote articles critical of him afterward, he just ratcheted up the hate via tweets and speeches until those who covered his rallies were being called "lugenpresse" by his rabid base.

I can't speak for others but my issue is less with Sessions' firing and more with the hire of Whitaker. He's a religious nutbag and it's pretty terrifying to think he could be the attorney general. I imagine that if he goes through a confirmation hearing (as he should) he won't make it through. Dude has said some really interesting shit.

Would you mind finding the link where an expert says it wasn't doctored? I found a non-expert article on buzzfeed that said it may not have been doctored, but I haven't seen an expert make that pronouncement, and that more recent video seems clear.
