Russell Wilson....lol

Wilson is better. No question. Stafford hasn't won shit.

Let's see here...

Wilson- Career 101 QBR, 103 TD/34 INT, 2,418 rushing yards in 4 years, won an SB, got to another. Makes guys like Doug Baldwin relevant. This year, with no offensive line and very limited offensive skill guys, he has his team in the playoffs.

Stafford- Career 85 QBR, 160 TD/98 INT, 634 yards in 6 full seasons. Hasn't won shit.

Yeah, Stafford's better. LOL.

So, Stafford hasn't won a Super Bowl. Doesn't mean Wilson is a better QB. You want to talk about QBs not winning anything? How about Dan Marino? Trent Dilfer must be better right?! Lol. That argument is a joke.

Let's get it straight. I don't really think Stafford trumps Wilson as a QB in full. I actually put them pretty close to each other as in talent wise. Not one is really better than the other in reality.

Love the rushing comparisons lol. Oh, you win buddy!! Wilson is overrated

Why can't I use rushing comparisons? That's one of Wilson's biggest strengths, the ability to make things happen. Should I just make that go away and pretend it's not there??

Explain exactly why he's overrated? I guess having great stats and winning a ton means he's overrated... Good call.

Comparing rushing stats to a mobile QB and a pocket passer is retarded. Now, im not saying Stafford is Brady, but would you compare his numbers to Wilson on the ground? No, you wouldn't.....only a fucking imbecile would. Oh damn....anyways.

And I have explained why he's overrated the last couple of years. He was thrown into the fire as a rookie. He took control of that and that is something you don't see often. I commend him on that. BUT, he took over a team that AT THE TIME, had the best defense in the world and had a RB that was arguably the BEST in the NFL. His situation was unique and foolproof from jump. No way he could lose with that situation. He's not asked to do a whole hell of a lot in this offense. BUT now when you see that his running game is falling apart and that defense isn't LOB anymore, you can see his flaws. He's asked to do more and against tougher defenses he will fail. He's proving it this year.....

The kid is overrated. He fell into a system that ANY QB would succeed from the start. Not his fault lol. He will be exposed come playoff time when all defenses are going to do is shadow him and lock on him.

I think that's absolute bull shit that I can't use another thing that makes Wilson better than Stafford because Stafford sucks at it. So basically his yardage on the ground which is better than a lot of RBs is just magically "washed away" cause Stafford can't run.

Fair stuff Tony. Want to throw away his completion percentage because according to you, he "dumps it down a lot?" (Even though someone showed us a graph earlier that Stafford is top 5 in his WRs getting YAC.)

Jesus Christ, buddy!! USE IT!!! Use the rushing numbers for Wilson and Stafford. YES, Russell Wilson is a better running QB that Matt Stafford!! Are you happy now? lol. That should go without saying, you mental midget...wow.

Yup. Thanks bud, appreciate the permission ;)

It's just fkn dumb is all. Wilson is probably the best running QB in the game next to Newton I would say. Shouldn't really have to mention his running ability because it goes without saying. But you continue to rub cocoa butter all over your boy's nuts in an attempt to make him shine. Good on ya!!!

coco butter....that's funny!

That said...Statistically, Wilson is better than Stafford in most passing stats. Add in that he is a FAR superior runner...wouldn't you have to give the edge to Wilson?

Wilson's one of the best QBs PERIOD in the league. Stop saying his just a mobile guy. Look at his GD stats and try and spin it ANY OTHER WAY.

Get Stafford's nuts out of your mouth and maybe you can actually look at the REAL QBs in the NFL and understand what it takes to win.

Stop using my lines lol. And did I just say that ALL HE IS, IS A MOBILE QB? No, I didn't
And now Wilson is one of the BEST QBs in the league all of a sudden? lmfao....wow. Ok!

Wilson is more accurate, better runner. That's about it really. I honestly don't think one is necessarily better than the other. I just think Wilson is overrated because of the situation he fell into. Must be nice to take over a team with the best RB and best defense right away. I wish Stafford could have had that luxury. He took over a team that went 0-16 the year before. The nerve....lol

Bill Barnwell misspelled Matt Stafford.

Offensive Player of the Year

Winner: Russell Wilson, Seahawks. If you want to give this award to a non-quarterback, which is a totally reasonable thing to do, I think you give it to Antonio Brown over Julio Jones or DeAndre Hopkins. It just seemed as though there should be a place to honor Wilson, who has been remarkably good over the second half of the season. He has 25 touchdowns against two picks! Wilson's receivers have even dropped 5.2 percent of his passes over that time frame, the sixth-highest rate in the league. He was dominant against a truly great Cardinals defense yesterday with his best lineman (Russell Okung) injured while throwing to a receiving corps of Doug Baldwin, Jermaine Kearse, Cooper Helfet, Chase Coffman, Tyler Lockett and Kevin Smith.

Anybody outside of Detroit fan base would tell you Wilson is far better than Stafford. Wilson is in a totally different QB tier.

Stafford is with the Cutlers, Rivers, Bradfords, ect...Talented but talent has translated into success.

Wilson is with the elites of the NFL. Big Ben, Cam, Rogers, Brady.

Debating on who's better between the two is like debating who's better out of Slay vs Norman.

I think Wilson is at the very bottom of the "elite" tier and Stafford is towards the upper end of the "average" tier.

I am probably splitting hairs. That said, Wilson has proven to be on a superior level than Stafford. I don't know how someone could argue otherwise.
