IIRC back in Barry Sander's rookie season one of the local Detroit newspapers held a write-in contest to create anickname for Barry. I forget now what moniker won, but obviously none stuck, nor did any ever come to fruition by pure chance or incident on or off the gridiron during his (unfortunately self-abbreviated) NFL career
