Signing Day

Pretty much what we expected, I figured we would get either Peat or Hunt but both is a bonus. Other than Gaines we are running thin the last 2 classes on WR. Hope we focus in that area for next year.

Felton Davis III is a tall possession receiver type in this class, and TX WR Darrell Stewart is the guy our coaches liked more than Brian Cole.

I forgot about Davis, that helps. I hope Arnett can give us 1 good year next year. I thought we would have had production out of him last year but his time is running out.

Gaines was recruited as a CB

Actually I have seen him as multi purpose favored at WR.

He said that he was told by Coach D that he could come in and push for 1 of the starting CB spots this fall. He's likely one of the freshmen that could play right away.

#17 class on Scout, #20 on Rivals, and #22 on 247.

nice numbers, happy to see us get more plan A guys. If we keep retaining players and red shirting we'll be in very good shape.

10 of the 21 kids came from outside of the big ten states

a solid program, with some great bowl wins, increasing national exposure is really helping spread the geographic recruiting. i'm glad. we're seemingly building a powerhouse that's built to last.

Good stuff but the epitome is getting to Gators status of NCCAA Champs in hoops and foots same year. No expectations but its fun to ponder. Fact is your back is against the wall in foots, Its tough to compete with the SEC when it comes to recruits. Id like to think Sbee and I have something to do with it, we came around in 94-95 and things started changing with the hoops program. I stuck with watching every football game regardless of boobery from then until now. After the dark ages of Saban (kinda), Williams and JLS we started to play football, refreshing...

How would you rank the Big10 teams over the past 10 years in terms of success with the two major sports?
