Spring Training

Man you're sensitive. I cannot participate in the discussion now?

Yeah, you were participating in a "discussion" that didn't exist. Neither of us were were saying ST #'s mattered. We were merely laughing about Holaday hitting a couple homers.

Whether you were joking or not, you were talking about Holaday and hitting HRs. I added my two cents. And my comments were not directed at you or Tom. It was directed at anyone who would foolishly consider him hitting those HRs actually meaning anything.

The Tigers' catching situation is as bad or even worse than the days of Krueter and Flaherty.

How could that be? We got rid of the 'worst player in MLB'. Surely we must have improved somewhat...

This is a sarcasm-free zone. Please move along.

People were calling Avila the worst player in MLB. If that's the case, it must have been addition by subtraction, how could we possibly be worse?

Sarcasm free!

Games Started in 2015

McCann 103 (64.0%)
Avila 43 (26.7%)
Holaday 15 (9.3%)

So actually the subtraction started last year. How well did that work out?

Surely hope this team gets back to competing.

Some encouraging signs in ST but again.....it's ST.

Yes as I said...spring training.

That said more interested in guys like Pelfrey pitching respectably and the younger guys, Boyd and Fullmer pitching well. All limited time of course. Could mean nothing. Could mean something.

That said I'm quite sure we will be scolded every time we show the slightest bit of excitement.

Not today Fulmer didn't. And thank goodness for ST for Justin Upton. 9 k's in 14 at bats.
