I don't know if Michigan could get away with it. If certain entities gave the program grief over Stretchgate and Concussiongate, I can only imagine what would happen if UM got caught for something truly heinous.

No. The season that was vacated was 2010 and while they were 12-1, they lost to Wisconsin in the middle of the season and never made it back to the top 5.
