Suh is being criticized for his sack celebration

The belt is something that came from a practice. Its not like rodgers was sitting at home thinking it up like a wr lol

No, it came from the State Farm Discount Double Check, to make sure that every State Farm customer had been double checked to make sure they had recieved every discount available.

A dancer from the Milwaukee Civic Ballet was shown the double check move by his or her (not sure which) State Farm Agent, and was so impressed that they incorporated the Discount Double Check move into last winter's Milwaukee Civic Ballet rendition of Swan Lake (it was the Black Swan who did it).

Roger's agent attended the performance, and suggested that Rogers make it his own move.

And Suh copied it today.

So Suh is like, 5 degrees or so of sepration as it stands.

You guys were saying it was dumb.

Its just something that happened in a practice and the team has fun with it. Packers have great chemistry

Aside from whether it's dumb or not, were you, as Packer fan, insulted/offended/upset that Suh imitated it? Is Suh a bad guy for doing that?

Perhaps I'm jumping to conclusions, but I'm thinking you probably don't think it's that big of a deal...which it isn't.

I wonder if there'll be outrage since Laurent Robinson imitated Cruz's salsa dance after scoring?

I thought it was dumb since he wasn't playing lol and the defense was getting tore up. But I didn't give a fuck.

Robinson looked even dumber cause his team got killed.

Players do it all the time. But when I see a player celebrate when they're down by a lot its like, wtf are you doing.

What i never figured out in these celebrations is it's ok to do the discount double check after Aaron throws a
touchdown and that is not showboating or piling it on in and opponents face. But when a defensive lineman
celebrates after a sack it is a scumbag move.. This goes for all td dances and such.. The Media and Fox sports
especially has a double standard for some teams and certain postions.

The Fox announcers are so bias in favor of green bay it is not even funny.. For that matter other networks do the same thing... Protect the golden teams... Not how freaking bad the officials were today.. The only play they even said was wrong was Young's TD catch and they had no choice because even my dead mother saw that was a TD catch but not these joke officials today... Every fumble today was called wrong by the officials on the field and it cost the Lions all of the challenges... Logan's was a complete joke...

I think that the commercial is insulting, the gesture itself is insulting, so it's not surprising that a thin-skinned reporter would think that any imitation of it is distasteful.

Actually Brian Billick spent a very long time railing on the NFL replay system and he even made Mike Peirrara uncomfortable when he was questioning him about it.

I said that using the Youngs td as an example... I should have been more clear. Brain was much more fair then the play by play guy.... But all in all all the networks basically bash Detroit...

I think you meant agreesively emotional. And I'll take it considering where this franchise was. You were born in WV where you could just pick me of the best teams as your "favorite". The Lions picked us, most of us anyway. Suck it Packer boy :)

bash Detroit ?? Howie , Bradshaw and Strahan all have a minor crush on the Lions....the NFL Network talks them up all the time , even have mentioned Schwartz as a Coach of the Year candidate...turn off ESPN and you might find some other networks actually praise us.

That makes zero sense.

Last time I checked, the belt move... or the "Discount Double Check" if you prefer, was started by Bob Probert about 20 years ago.

Someone ought to tell Rodgers he's a thief and being disgraceful to a dead hockey player every time he does it.

How doesn't it. I don't like the teams that are around me now, why would it change if I lived somewhere else?

Its different when you live near major profession sports. Does everyone root for a team if they live two minutes away, of course not. But being as its the first teams you see.. That's if, like most, start watching sports when you're a little boy.
