By historical standards, this is actually a good season for the Lions.

Get StartedJust got to get in. This team is loaded with talent and won't have -4, -3 and -6 turnover days.
We spot teams all these turnovers and still should win. They are that good
he still makes soooo much money that you cant put enough pieces around him to help a top 20 qb succeed. therefor, our defense will continue to be shitty, we cant pay to have anymore weapons around him, we cant pay a stud DE to come here etc etc etc.
That sums up the Lions biggest problem in a nutshell...too much $$$ going to too few players, so the Lions can't acquire better talent and still remain under the salary cap.
trade your entire draft for jameis Winston in 2015....theres plenty of chicks in Detroit that need a good raping.
trade suh for a 1st
Let Winston sit for a year or 2 then you ditch Stafford and his mega contract
Then mayyyyyybe you have a shot.
Tanking makes no sense. Even if we had a shot at the #1 overall it makes no sense. We've had many a top ten draft pick and still are stuck in the same "rut". Might as well root for these guys to win...unless you're one of these guys:
Then carry on...
