that Hobby Lobby decision...

so, as per usual, you can't dispute the point about contributing to employees pensions invested in birth control manufacturers, but taking issue with allowing those employees to use their healthcare plans to purchase certain forms of bc (and in both cases, only after the ACA was enacted)... so you'll just say a bunch of shit and hope everyone else here is too stupid to understand that you lost.

of course I'm disputing it - I'm saying they're not forcing their religious beliefs onto their employees - they're allowing their employees to make their own decisions with their own money. How is that so difficult to see? The only one here that is too stupid to understand this is clearly you.

well... the court can't simply issue decrees to end things you don't like... sorry, that's not how the legal system works.

maybe not, but they can clearly declare things you like unconstitutional and end them even if you don't like it. I make no apologies for that - you can cry in your beer about it all day for all I care.

I want to see what Chick-fil-A does now ...

I hear it's good but the nearest one is over 12 miles from my house and in an area I would have no reason to go to other than to eat chick-fil-A. maybe I'll come across one on my road trip in august.

They're abundant in the South and spreading. I wouldn't say the Chick-fil-A food is better or worse than any other fast food ...there is one in a food court in a nearby highrise office bldg and it is disgusting. But, there is a brand new location right by our house and -- maybe because it's brand new -- it is fine. The breakfast biscuits are really, very good.

I learned rather quickly to never eat fast food in urban locations so for about 20 years while I lived in Chicago and NY, I only had it on the road. Now we live in the burbs where they seem to be much cleaner but my wife doesn't eat fast food so neither do I (much). Maybe if I can find a CFA next to a HL, I can get my poster of Percy Snow stuffing Leroy Hoard on the goal line in Spartan Stadium (I was at the game - stuffed him twice and shut them down on all 4 tries from 1st and goal) re-framed and grab a sangweech (Jersey speak for sandwich)

I doubt chick a fil is to some other fried chicken is the same as the Mona Lisa to some other painting.

If there's a Mona Lisa of fried chicken it would be this.

can't speak to chick-fil-a as I've never been but in my post I meant to imply that fried chicken is the mona lisa of food. And clearly, you've never tried this...

I stand corrected - perhaps. Would Samuel L Jackson steer me wrong? Roscoe's is on my list for my next trip to LA - how far is the nearest one from Marina Del Rey?

My brother (the Wolverine one) lives in MDR. Looks like Pico or Inglewood. I also have cousins-in-law in Pasadena, gives me a few options I guess. What part of town do you live in?

I live in Encino; in the San Fernando Valley.

I live right at Ventura Blvd; near Reseda Blvd.

I've seen MICHIGAN beat State a few times but don't have any pictures of those games. Did wind up on the field after win #900 and we're in that picture somewhere. (And got it as a gift from the friends that rushed the field with us)
