Well I guess like Matt Millen we were bamboozled by the Patriots white light of trophy rings . Patrica’s was such a embarrassment it wasn’t even funny yesterday. Total team disaster because they were not prepared to play. That is on the coach. If they do not recognize how terrible JBC is nothing will every get fixed.

Also if the coach has lost this team because the team was to lazy to work hard and he was over working them in preseason then that is on the players for being soft. Now I am not saying Stafford is soft but management made a coaching switch and that coach let you keep a shitty coordinator so you should be the one player on the team that can fire other players up for the new coach. Where is the players fire, and passion for being able to play pro football ? The lions were just so flat last night .

I've noticed quiet often that when the media needs a photo or video to show how well a player is playing that the opposition is usually the Lions.

The only other Lions HC who I can recall aloofly standing off by himself on the sideline during games like Patricia does, was Bobby Ross...the others usually had players and personnel standing or kneeling close by.

The potential scariest thing I read was in the ESPN article. It described not just that they knew our signals, but on Crowell's 62 yard touchdown, they actually recognized our defensive plan FROM THE PRESEASON. This coaching staff is apparently such a shit show they didn't get the memo that you don't give away actual gameplans in the preseason. Or worse, the preseason vanilla was actually their best plan.

When our QB can't carry the team on his back, we are going to be embarrassed. Our front office focused on fixing the running game. If our OC knew how to use a running back, it might help. Kerryon showed flashes but we kept putting the old guy in to lose yardage every carry.

I'm angry but front office and coaching changes must take place before anything will get fixed.

I?m on board with this. Cooter seems destined to be a really good career QB coach.....but he is the constant in this continued shitty running game.
