I don't really understand why he would say this. Derrick Green will make his decision known on Jan 26th. The only recruit left on the table that we know about after that will be Smythe. I guess I'll be watching to make sure all of the committed commits sign, but other than that, I'm not really expecting any huge signing day surprises. Last year, they added Norfleet, and while interesting, it wasn't a huge deal.

This makes no sense to me.recruiting is going to get ugly.

no one likes telemarketers calling. even a single call from one makes people cringe.

that could easily become the reaction of recruits when their phone rings. and they'll probably have more emails from coaches than spam in their inbox.

really gotta feel for the kids. it could possibly get so bad that some kids decide to go live off the grid. of course they will also have to move somewhere and ask the Witness Protection Program to help them disappear for a few months just so they can have time to study and live a normal life.
