Schefter is all sorts of pumped up about Webster.

Me too. High ceiling. Needs to adjust to the speed of the game though. Don't expect much more than a ST player year one. I hope he gets some rotation time but I don't think so.

Sounds like a Sammie Lee Hill type of guy. Different position but same scenario.
 
If he was that "special" of an athlete he wouldnt be playing basketball at bloomberg.

I'm sure the same thing was said about Kalil Mack early on when he had to go to Buffalo. Some players are late bloomers. Some players are really late bloomers.

Definitely that type. They seem to like these small school lottery tickets in mid rounds. Some pay off some don't. Floor for Webster is a good ST player.
 
apparently, espn draftcast is wrong. Mccarron hasn't been drafted. That's what I thought, too. I didn't see the selection on tv.
