The Official Alabama vs ][V][ichigan Game Thread - Reliaquest Bowl Edition

An 8 win season with wins over Sparty, #2 OSU (at OSU), and another win over #11 Bama to end the season. Not a bad start for Coach Moore. Next year is looking bright too. Can't wait. GO BLUE!

67 years old here. Years of hockey, martial arts, running. Biking keeps me fit these days. If intramural hockey counts as athletic eligibility, then I used all 4 years up. But none of my football allotment. I'm 5' 7", 142 pounds of nastiness. My hockey nickname was "Little Ball of Hate."

I may walk on next season.
I don't know, have you seen the size of some of those guys? Like Mike Tyson said "Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth." Those guys would steal my lunch money and give me a beat down for complaining.

I laughed quite a bit during this game and raised my voice just a couple times. Just a surreal last 2 games for these guys. Find a quarterback and this team could be really special.

Excited for the 2025 season. Marshall is going to be great! He showed his running skills in this game. Kind of a combination of Corum and Mullings. He will be a major part of the success of the team in the next couple of years. But the Oline needs to be developed. No way you get the ball at the 6 and not punch it into the endzone. In the last two games they only scored two TDs. And there were several times the Bama defense players made it into the backfield untouched. Zvada won the last two games for them, and he is great, but you can't rely on him to do all the scoring and expect to win games. The defense was amazing, but gave up some big plays yesterday. Luckily Milroe was playing QB for Bama! The last two times he has played Michigan he has been really bad. The Michigan secondary needs a lot of improvement. The Bama receiver was wide open on the TD they scored. There were several other times the Bama receivers were wide open to make big plays. If you watch the replay of the last Bama play, the Bama receivers don't come back to the QB for the ball. They just stayed in the endzone. If one comes back for the ball and makes it across the 5, they have a 1st down and lots of time left to get the winning TD. Instead they stayed in the endzone and they watched as the ball dropped to the ground around the 3 or 4. No effort to even try to make a catch for a first down if not a game winning TD. Looked like they just gave up! Anyway, the Michigan defensive secondary needs to improve for 2025. The D line looks like it is going to be good again in 2025. Michigan will make the playoffs next season and maybe host a playoff game in the Big House. GO BLUE!

Michigan will be scary good over the next few years with all the guys coming in from the portal and the 2025 recruits. It’s goning to be an exciting time.

Freshman. a QB needs to throw more than 73 yards in a game.
Depends on how the spring competition goes. I hope Underwood comes in and is lights out. But it is important that it be settled. If this season has shown anything is that you have to make the choice.

I already know what the current guy brings and that isn't much. Spring comp. sometimes doesn't say much, the incoming freshman should start right away.
