The Official Maryland vs ][V][ichigan Game Thread

The runs off the center aren?t working (dive plays)

Off the tackles and outside seem better

Maryland defense isn?t very good, very disappointed in our lucky 17 points.

I have kind of a crazy idea - in the 2nd half, let?s go back to handing the ball off to Corum a little bit more?

Maybe it?s just my television, but it seems like the best stuff has happened when our guys did that.

I disagree, they have been kicking our asses straight up. They are much better than you think. Hopefully that Corum TD is the spark that Michigan needed.

No, dog, I seen the same shit on my TV

First half rushing MD 74, Michigan 134. Passing MD 121, Michigan 100. Not what I expected pregame. I expected Michigan would have a lot more in the passing game. MD defense looking better than I expected too. Corum is going to have to lead the team to this win in the second half. And the D has got to get to the MD QB.

I'm still seeing the same thing. You might be on to something.

But I AM hitting the bottle a bit so take that for what it's worth.

Why is Georgia playing Kent St. at this point in the season? When do they start playing the SEC season?

They started last week against South Carolina. But the SEC takes liberties with their conference schedule by sprinkling bottom feeders into the schedule throughout for rest and what not. The Alabama/Citadel late season classic is a good example.

The SEC does things a little differently. Seven teams have already played one game and one team already played 2. A lot of them put a cupcake toward the end of the season as well. Bama plays Austin Peay the week before the Auburn game this year.
