Seems like Rutgers' is trying to make up for the lack of crowd noise by using the siren and other loud noises.

Yes Rutgers received the kickoff. They got a first down on a good screen pass, but then punted around midfield for a touchback. We just drove down to their 20 and got stopped on 4th and 1.
