Good game though. Exactly what they needed. Suffocating defense, got a lot of guys some experience and the offense with Shea, the RBs and the young receivers can be really good if the line isn't complete shit (not holding my breath on that last part).

Good game though. Exactly what they needed. Suffocating defense, got a lot of guys some experience and the offense with Shea, the RBs and the young receivers can be really good if the line isn't complete shit (not holding my breath on that last part).

Wish they had started the season with this game and then went into SB to play the ND. Build some game play confidence before the big game. Poured it on after the rough first series on offense.

Makes me wish I had finished running my errands earlier even if it meant missing the first part of the game. Now it's raining and it's going to rain even more tomorrow. Bleh.

I went to my gym which is close by with seven minutes left in the first half and when I got back if there were only eight minutes gone in the second half.

I can top that: when I was a student at UM, I forgot that the 100th edition of The Game was on, and by the time I remembered, there were only about 5 minutes left. Of course, my biggest mistake was not buying season student tickets *that* year, as that was probably the only time I would ever see The Game in person. I was there the following year for the triple OT against MSU, but that's not the same.
