The #Tigers have hit 9 home runs today in a wacky & windy spring training game.
According to EliasSports, the nine home runs hit by the Tigers today against the Yankees are the most for any team in a Spring Training game since the Tigers hit nine homers on March 4, 2012 vs. Atlanta.

Their regular season record is 8, which they last achieved at Wrigley Field in 2006:
2 dingers each by Inge & Shelton, plus solo shots by Granderson, Guillen, Thames, and Vance Wilson.

I just cut the cord and went with youtube tv last month. 2 weeks later they announced they were losing fsd. I was researching other ways to catch the tigers games so this is excellent news.

Strong winds blowing out to center field helped, but there were plenty of no-doubters as well, including two of them from Miguel Cabrera in consecutive at-bats.
No doubt he took a cue from one Travis Demeritte, who prefaced each of Cabrera?s blasts with one of his own. Demeritte has been rolling lately as he fights for a spot on the Opening Day roster.
Taking on Gerrit Cole no less, the duo went back-to-back in both the first and the second innings before Cole exited the contest.
