so, this is their off season so far.

Added a 37 year old pitcher who has had recent injuries that wanted to retire

Added a 34 year old relief pitcher with an even worse injury history

Added a second baseman to replace their young 2B because he is bad defensively...but the guy they replaced him with is just as bad. OH, and the old 2B was moved to 1B, a position that he has never played. AND, this is the same guy that they gave a long term contract to "lock him up" to play a middle infield position for the next 7 years, not 1B.

Did I miss any big moves?

Trust the process lol

I think people forget we made the playoffs last season. And one point that seems to have escaped many of you, players need to want to come here. And even with the low activity I'm pretty sure we improved as much as any ALC team. No one of the other 4 have a done a thing, mostly.

I think everyone on this site remembers that they made the playoffs. I just question what they have done this off season. I don't need them to make some huge moves. I don't even want Bregman. But the moves that they have made are underwhelming, and quite frankly, head scratchers.

The guy is 2B bad defensively but so was Keith and so was Tork. He goes into the lineup, Tork goes out seems like a win. The last RP we got was cheap high reward no risk. It was one year at 8m. The unretired guy, eh. But at least he's just one year. No offense but I'm not sure someone can complain about doing nothing but if we get Bregman, we still complain. What do you actually want and who?

so signing Keith to be your long term 2B and move him to 1B after only one year is a win? Spending $15M on a stopgap 2B that is just as bad defensively as the guy you removed from 2B because his D sucks, is a win? I just read that the TB Rays signed that gold glove SS/2B Kim to a 2 year deal for $29M. He is recovering from an injury and will likely be delayed until May, but that sure sounds like a better plan than Torres. There were a bunch of pitchers that signed over the winter that I liked better than Cobb. That said, I'm not paid the huge salary that Harris is getting, nor do I have the time or resources at my disposal to give you a good answer to what and who do I want...that's his job. I just think he has done a poor job this off season.
