Tigers or Yanks

this second time of seeing Nova is gonna help, how much thou.

Since this is a poll of who you think will win it has to be the Yankees. Heck...the money line is $150 to win $100 in favor of the Yankees. All of you guys that picked the Tigers should bo put $100 on it....that would be a good investment!

Mitch[/color]]What's so great a about the Yankees.
Nothing great about the Yankees....there is no great team in baseball. However, given the home field advantage, better line-up top to bottom, more experience and the biggest advantage being the bull pen. For this game I'm not sure there is one aspect of the game that I think the Tigers have an advantage....maybe manager?

More experience? Like Nova? Fans didn't effect game two. Both teams have nice lineups. BP just go messed up but they're fine. Have confidence.

I'm talking about post season experience.

I am too. Unless somehow Nova pitched last year. And its not like Detroit doesn't have players with playoff experience.

Jeter, Posada, A-Rod & Rivera probably have 5 times the total playoff games as the entire Tiger roster. The rest of the Yankees probably equal or greater than the entire Tiger roster. There is no comparison between the Tiger's playoff experience compared to the Yankees.

Then why haven't they won them all. They all had more experience in 2006. Sometimes experience leads to complacency. Doesn't mean much. Do you really think ARod is going to know what to do in a 9th inning situation more than Peralta?

This

I voted Tigers but I have this bad feeling that Fister is going to get lit up.

Dudes. Come on man, has losing made you guys with little faith? I rather have Fister over Nova.

Way to stick to your guns Mitch..good win for the Tigz last night. I don't think anyone "Lost faith", simply a prediction. I felt like the Yankees would come out and tack on 6 or 7 last night. They had their chances certainly but they couldn't cash in. Tigers pitching staff struggled but made the pitches when it counted.

I have never been so happy to have been wrong. That was one of the most intense games I have watched in years.

I don't thing the pitching staff struggled, just a tough lineup and intense moments. They certainly made some key pitches when it counted though.
