Tigers vs. a's ALDS Game Thread 4 Oct. 10

12 pitches by a's pitchers for the last 6 outs made by Tigers,

Peralta has the body of the pillsbury dough boy, instead of that of a shortstop,

Well that was a quick inning.. does it feel like we are going to lose this?

I have the feeling were not going to win this game 2-1 that's for damn sure. I am seriously going to put the over/under on smokes the next 3 innings at 15 lmao.

its feeling that way, and i REALLY hope im wrong. if we blow this game, i dont feel good about tomorrow even with verlander pitching.

Me neither.. not when we can't hit our way out of a wet paper sack. Even if we win here tonight I don't feel good about this offense at all..

Tigers organization does not teach plate discipline and could care less about on base percentage..

A Young player gets to instructional league and is given a club and told to hack..

looks like we have to go 8 more outs without any check swing called strikes by the pos umps at first and third,

we REALLY need some runs in the top of the 8th...because Benoit is lurking for the bottom half.

Al should blow a kiss to the crowd as he walks off the field.

Anybody else finding themselves holding their breath throughout pretty much the duration of each at bat? Sheesh.

We really need to get an insurance run here to protect the likely HR Benoit is going to give up in the 8th lol.

I figure we have about a 56% chance of winning if we don't score again. Chances of Benoit not yielding a run .70, Valverde, .80, multiply them and you get .56 or 56%.

This entire series is a giant cardiac event.

*edit* Yeah Omar!!
