Tigers vs. blue jays Game Thread July 29

Please go get your shinebox Ryan,
with any kind of luck, they leave him at Logan Airport in boston after the next series here.

That's Great.........Jhonny hits another homerun,

Tigers get an insurance run and lead 4 - 1.

kind of stupid to let Raburn bat vs. the hard throwing righty reliever,

could have pinch hit with Berry, and put him in LF as he is or should anyways next half inning,

Kelly pinch hitting for the hat trick king today BB

That's Peralta's seventh career two-HR game, his third with the Tigers. But his first since the first three weeks he was with Detroit.

Valverde in to close it out,

Valverde with most saves from 2007 to 2012 with 210,
next is jonathan papsmear.

Just think, if we sweep the Red Sux, we can still have a winning record on this road trip.

Pretty nice to get a win on a day when only 2 guys showed up, Fister and Peralta.

Valverde with couple days rest bringing cheese at 96,

johnson swings and misses sit down,

mathis swings and misses sit down,

gose grounds to Peralta throws him out,

Tigers win 4 - 1,
Fister wins his 5th with 9 k's,
Valverde saves his 20th for Tigers,
Tigers avoid a sweep,
Tigers Victory Cigar.

And with the win, the Tigers move to 14-3 on Sundays.

There we go, didn't watch and I see we won, I think I found the formula for success. LOL

Fister was solid...again...glad it seems the poor start due to the injury is passed him.
