Tigers vs. braves Spring Training March 20

I'm guessing his condition is : Vicodin

As bad as it hurt when it hit him, I bet it's a real sore bitch right now, probably quite swollen also.

Cabrera will sit out for at least one week because of a non-displaced fracture below his right eye.
Cabrera knows he was doubly fortunate: That he was wearing the glasses and that he had only started wearing them a few days ago because a company that makes them was in Tigers camp to display them, and Little Buddy was encouraging him to wear them.

I just tweeted hunter pence.
wrong... a bit immature, but I can breathe easier now.
f'n tangle footed bastard...
wonder if he said anything to Cabrera afterwards.

why should he? it's not like there was anything pence did wrong. He hit the ball hard and it took a bad bounce. Can't blame the guy...still it sucks miggy got hurt.

Just to say he hoped Miggy would be alright.

AJax leads off w /a single, then takes second on OFer error, Tigers need to see him standing on first much more often this season, obviously.

Pays off, pickoff thrown away and AJax takes third and scores on a sacfly..1-0 Tigers.

7 pitch inning for Verlander,

jackson bloops single to center and the ball gets away from bourne Jackson to second,

Boesch called out on strikes,

Dirks while up a pick off attempt at second and jurrjens throws low gets away and Jackson to third, fly to left and jackson scores on the sac fly,

Tigers lead 1 - 0,

Prince high fastball is hit to the warning track in right.

Verlander 2nd inning,

hinske way out in front of a changeup, grounder in the hole at first/second and Raburn has it with Verlander covering first,

heyward first pitch can of corn fly to Boesch,

diaz bloop to right and Boesch trys a dive for it gets the glove on the ball but can't catch it 2 out single,

ross waits throw to first, ball, same spot strike call, curve high, curve misses the corner, fastball high for a walk,

sutton fastball strike call, curve breaks in at the knees called strike, curve comebacker to JV,

Tigers lead 1 - 0.

Tigers 2nd inning,

Delmon grounds to short,

Avila takes low, takes low, takes outside, high for a walk,

Peralta takes low in the dirt, strike call at the knees, 2 seam breaks low, throw to first Avila back, generous strike call on the outside corner, belt high fouled back, fly to right center,

Raburn takes a slider strike, at the knees strike call, checks the swing on high and in, drilled deep to left and it's gone for a 2 run homer,

Tigers lead 3 - 0,

Raburn is Mr. March, what a spring, is this the year he is Mr. April to October,

Worth takes a strike, changeup/curve strike call, inside out swing foul down the line in right, 2 seam ground foul, fly to right.

Ryan Raburn belts a 2-run homer to give the Tigers a 3-0 lead in the 2nd. He has six homers and 18 RBI. Hasn't mattered who Raburn's been hitting against this spring: Top starters, relievers -- he's been creaming good pitches, and if correct, in just 24 at bats.
