Omar Infante will wear a Tigers uniform tonight for the first time since 2007.
After being acquired from the Marlins in a trade that also brought right-hander Anibal Sanchez to Detroit, Infante will bat ninth and start at second base against the Indians.
Infante, who played for the Tigers from 2002-07, is hitting .287 this season with eight home runs and 33 RBI's, a marked improvement from the .201 average from Tigers second basemen this season.

Right-hander Doug Fister (4-6) takes the mound for Detroit. In his last two starts, both wins, he combined for 15 innings, two earned runs, five hits, two walks and 18 strikeouts to lower his ERA to 4.04.
He gave up two runs on five hits and two walks in 6.2 innings in his lone start vs. the Indians this season (May 23).
Ubaldo Jimenez (8-9, 5.24 ERA) will start for Cleveland. He's generally been successful vs. Detroit this season, posting a 2.84 ERA in two wins. He also pitches better at home (4-3, 3.66 ERA).
