Well, this surely isn't going to be the last road series that the Tigers are going to lose two games to one.

JV was due for a bad outing (it wasn't even really bad for a normal mortal - what, a run and three hits in six innings? - for any other pitcher in baseball, it's classified as a quality start; that said); he hasn't had one in quite some time, the All Star game doesn't count.

First series loss in, how many series, is it four, or five, or six?

Things are still good.

Oh, and another thing - I'm still gonna wake up in the morning in Hollywood.

It sucks now the MTG streak is over at 8-1... I should have just waited till tomorrow but I wanted to try the commander format.. And JV was cruising until i got home... I should have stayed but I had to go pick my wife up at work... The funny thing is in my very first 4 player EGH Commander game I ended up getting milled 78 cards out of 100 card deck and I was all the way down to 7cards and won the match and promo card... Go figure a simple little 1/1 flyer Mindshrieker ( it is a rare) with a great ability could be the pivotal card.. (also the other 3 guys were sorta helping me just a tad)... But any way I won a nice 10 foil restoration angel.... Still I would trade it all for a tiger win!!!!!

Just Just a mill type theme black/blue deck.. i had to even borrower a legendary creature that was blue/black.. ( it was Sygg,river cutthroat )

... I just put it together this afternoon.. Tons of 3 and 4 drops... the guys took it easy on me lol..Getting milled for 78 cards by Traumatized was freaking assume, and then he copied it for the total of 78.... I was down to 7 cards then a guy played a card that put all of our permanents back in our hand and then you had to count out what you picked up.. I had 10 total on the board between land and creatures and then you drew what you lost and all instants ans sorcery's would be zap... it turned the game in my favor as all 10 of my cards hit the board and stayed..
