Tigers vs. indians Game Thread September 27

Wow!!! 30 HRs!!! Cabby is friggin amazing!!!

I mean the guy is obviously pitching around Cabby and throwing him nothing over the plate until the 5th pitch and he made 1 mistake and Cabby hit it out. The guy is a hitting virtuoso.

Cabrera with his 30th homerun!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a Beast,

Tigers lead 9 - 4,

Miggy solo homers!!

30, Baby!!

Tigers up 9-4!!

VMart doubles as well..

5 straight 30 or more homerun seasons for Cabrera and 7 overall,

batting .344,

V-Mart has two doubles tonight and 40 this season -- he and Cabrera mark first Tigers pair with 40 doubles since 2000 cruz and higginson.

tampa wins 5 - 3 over yankees,

orioles get 2 more off redsox bullpen 8 - 6 in the 8th inning,

Don't look now, but the Os are creeping up on the Dead Sux, 8-6 in the bottom of the 8th, Os still batting...oops..or were...

Only 1 hitter in Tigers history had at least .344-30-105 in a season: Norm Cash (.361-41-132), 1961. Cabrera would be 2nd if numbers held.

Miggy finished last season on a homer streak like this before injuring his ankle. I suspected he would find a way to get to 30 but wow! I cant believe he's not being mentioned for MVP more often. The numbers are staggering!

Tigers really need to get better corner outfield defense,
Young isn't good and Raburn is the butcher of comerica.

Whew!!...it would be buh-bye any LDS HFA w/ a Tigers' L and a Rangers' W tonight...Good job Perry!!
