Tigers vs. rangers Game Thread June 25

Come on guys, we need a power display.

Prince...that left field line has your name all over it.

Jim and Dan were saying he needs to test his wrist, and is throwing in the BP, and will prolly pitch the 9th.

pheshww test it in the pen I say, testing against Texas in Texas just doesn't sound like a good idea IMO.

6 run lead is a better time to game-test it than a save situation don't you think?

Tigers batting 9th inning;

Cabrera walks as napoli trys to get the strike call pulling it in almost a foot,

Fielder gets a sneaky strike call napoli pulls another in nearly a foot, fly to right,

Young check swings a pitch eye level, fouls a fastball, fastball outside, slider in the dirt, fly to center,

Kelly fly to center,

Tigers lead 8 - 2 going into the bottom of the 9th.

Why Use JB in the ninth? We may need him tomorrow.

Probably planned on using Valverde and he could not go and nobody else warmed up.

Plus Benoit only faced 1 batter last inning, so it's not like he'll be over extended assuming he does not have a long 9th.

% that the first batter in the 9th gets on base against us? greater or less than 70%?
