I don't think I've ever seen that before....the runner goes back to first because of unintentional interference on the batter on the stolen base attempt.

I hate that new camera angle they keep trying to show you once in a while...Behind the home plate but off to the side....you can't see the ball cross the plate.

Seems to be getting more frequent. I think it's garbage too though, can't see anything.
