Tigers vs. royals Game Thread October2

Tigers should look to trade Boesch and Porcello in the offseason. Both have shown no improvement since their rookie campaigns, actually significantly worse as time has progressed. I don't know how much value either have, but I feel Porcello would be better off in the NL with a better defense behind him.

I dont care about Boesch, he's arrogant and refuses to listen to coaching. If he's not willing to change and work on his approach, then I dont care how he feels.

And where do you get this? I have never once read, or heard anyone say anything about him refusing coaching.

Yeah no kidding. Just cause he hasn't improved doesn't mean he won't listen and is stubborn.

That's a surprise, about Garcia. I thought no way he'd make the playoff team.

Bases loaded for the big guy. A salami would certainly put an exclamation poit on it!

Another hit and rbis what a Great Hitter, MVP,

Tigers lead 2 - 1,

Yeah, we all bitched about Ajax last year and it turned out they had a fix for him, but it was too complex to implement during the active season.

That said, I doubt Boesch can be fixed as simply as Ajax was, but to assume he was like Inge and told hitting coaches to piss off is pure speculation.

I actually have heard several times from Leyland himself say Boesch has tried anything and everything and beats himself up constantly about his failures.

That said, I would like to see him traded.

Incredible! He goes 0-6 the rest of the way and he'd be at .328.

Trout would have to go 5-9 to pass him against 2 pitchers tonight and tomorrow that he's 1-12 against this season.

Yeah, Boesch is pretty hard on himself. Sounds like he tries anyway.
