You are right. Sort of Well there is one more tomorrow. But we were the home team for one of them. Sadly we should have won at least 2 of the first 3 in this series . Just no breaks and closers who won?t go after batter.s.

Didn't think to check if there was another game, Mondays are normally either an off day or a new series..but this season ain't normal.

It was a 4 game series. We were the home team in game 2 of the double header because of a rain out in Comerica. Sucks we should have won that game.

So Tigers still have a chance of splitting on the road after winning today 10-8 by winning tomorrow. With no butts in the seats, it has been about as close to playing @ neutral sites all season as it could get. Especially for the blue jays in Buffalo.

This wasn't exactly what I envisioned after the Tigers picked Mize #1 in the draft, but he ain't the first #1 SP that the Tigers picked who struggled once he was called up.

Tiger picked 11 pitchers in the first round (2 LH) from 1991-2001 and only one actually panned out (Tigers standards) in Jeff Weaver, but his career highlight quite ironically was being the winning pitcher in Game 5 for the WS champion Cardinals vs the Tigers in 2006.
