The Detroit Tigers are the first team in MLB history to win 3 consecutive games vs the New York Yankees, while allowing fewer than 3 runs and striking out 12 batters or more in each game. They now stand just one game shy of the MLB record set vs any combination of teams under those two parameters, by the Cleveland Indians in 2019.

Dang sweep of the Yankees is pretty cool. Man if we just had decent hitting all season maybe the pitching is good enough to get close to a wild card spot. Hopefully I am wrong about Avila and some of these hitters in the lower levels get hot.

Sorry I couldn?t post had company today and we took the new puppy to the dog park yesterday?s with my kids and their dogs and my wife?s friend and her dog. Ripley our 5 month old lab mix puppy had a blast.

Man Grand Ravines dog park in Jenison Michigan is amazing. Two huge runs for dogs up to 27 pounds and one for dogs over 27 pounds and a on leash and off leash walking area. It looks even better then this YouTube clip i person. Amazing park. Except in the off leash area all the dogs but 1 stayed out
Of the mud puddles. Yup Ripley the 5 month old lab mix dog had no issues with dirty muddy water. She really likes the dirt.
