focused like last night? 3 errors seems like a lack of focus.
That was an ugly game on both sides. Entertaining and a win, but definitely ugly.

did I not say 'after' the twins came back and made it 8-7, only one of those occurred after and yeah their demeanor changed after the 4th for the majority. That is what i'm talking bout! on to the next!
ok...so they had their heads in their asses for much of the game but were focused after the 4th except for a dropped fly ball.
reading comprehension..'majority' moving on now.. thanks tom, intensity, focus, they need to pop off a 10+ streak here. just get it done!
my point is your contention that they were focused for the "majority" makes no sense.

Aside from Iggy at .340, there isn't anyone with an acceptable OBP besides Miggy, Victor or J.D. Kinsler is not that good at getting on base.
League average is .318
So with that knowledge, .326 is good for a #1 or #2 hitter?
I don't think so. The issue is this team has no better options.
The median for a leadoff hitter is .330 OBP (.733 OPS)
The median for a #2 hitter is also .330 OBP (.731 OPS)
So, again, aside from Iggy (.340), Miggy, Victor and J.D., no other player has an acceptable OBP to hit at the top of the order. And I would only hit Iggy there against LHP. But then I would also want Kinsler there, because he also kills LHP.
