Van Noy

That was his only pass rush snap. 5 run D snaps. Hit Bridgewater but he flipped for Peterson who happened to be there. Big gainer. 3 points for Vikings.

I wonder who's decision it was to get van noy anyways. Let's draft a linebacker who rushes the passer and plays with his hand in the dirt and make him play outside in a 4-3....I could have told ya what was going to happen if that was their master plan. Figured they would have made a package for him or something.

Van Noy has had two injuries that have hampered his development greatly. But he better be pretty good next year. Not just Whitehead solid in year 3 (2014).

Lewis and Whitehead are free agents. Tulloch will be a cap cut. Van Noy will get his chance

I bet the pick had a lot to do with Ansah.

Another injury that hampered his development excuse I see. What hampered his development is the fact he's just not good.

We don't know. Injuries hampered his development. He missed a ton of practice time.

Just like injuries hampered J. Best? Who Mayhew drafted after a huge college concussion. Any surprise that same injury would deter his pro career?

Van Noy is completely different and you know it.

Yeah he's so good that he has 6 plays in 2015. Even healthy, 6 lousy plays. He's a freakin' 2nd round pick. And this after a year in which he was in 8 games, 0 starts. Why don't our 2nd round players become starters right away if ever?

I should note he did assist on a play. And last season he made 6 tackles.. Holy shit.

His AV or approximate value last season was 1. In comparison Levy had AV of 14. So Levy's 14 times more valuable. Score one for Mayhew.

Abdullah (Fumbles Magoo) and Slay play. This is not enough for you?

Jason "injured like a" Fox, Ryan "the immovable chain mover" Broyles, Chris "Richard Sherman" Greenwood...

People bit ching about Van Noy are probably the ones that liked the pick on draft day. So he's rushed the passer once this year and got to him? If he hasn't been injured (this year) why the fuck doesn't Austin use him more? I think my biggest gripe about this season is how certain players aren't being used. Tahir Whitehead, Van Noy, and Lawson should all see the field more. I just don't get it.

Chalk me up as one of those that liked the pick but have been severely disappointed. I am (was?) also an AA fan. Hell I was even okay with Broyles! When am I going to learn that the 2nd round Lions pick of death is real dammit?

Us liking the pick has nothing to do with the way he's produced. I liked the pick. He's been a bad, bad miss.
