To be fair most people minimize what happened when talking to the cops. If you ever got the question do you know why I pulled you over..did you answer:
1)Well i came to a rolling stop, went 62 in a 55, changed lanes without my turn signal, so can you give me a ticket for all of those?

2) No officer I'm not exactly sure why.

But if theyre steered one way thats not truthful because you sent 1 passenger away and lied about another...that could get you into trouble. We will have to see what comes of the other passenger. Its 1 of 2 things....suhs trying to cover his own ass again. or 2) the passengers were trying to cover their own ass and now theyre trying to get something out of it.

Actually.....he should probably should be reflecting on why he isn't helping his team right now (a little sarcasm there)...but really...he does need to take a good look at himself and figure out what he needs to do to keep himself out of trouble with the league....getting into car accidents at 1AM isn't helping matters.
