I must have missed where the Lions don?t deserve to be blasted on air continually. They?re one of the 5 worst pro sports organizations in North America.

You must have missed where I said it was just the Lions he blasts. Sure, the Lions are garbage but everything he suggests just won't happen and he knows it. People eat that shit up. Good try though...

I listen regularly. He rips the Pistons a ton (rightfully so) when there is NBA discussion. He has shredded MSU football and basketball in the past 2 years. He has ripped Michigan football a great deal for gagging in big spots. I do get annoyed about the trade Stafford talks on the show because it’s unrealistic financially but he has even said there’s like a 1% chance it would happen this offseason. Damn near most of the other Lions topics/ideas are things that aren’t unrealistic for a competent franchise.

Eh. He knows his stuff. I think it is silly to suggest otherwise. He's a super smart sports dude who has a ton of history stored in his head.

Does he go far sometimes? Yeah. But he knows what he is talking about. If he didn't, he would not be where he is.

He knows his sports but he isn't gospel. He's super popular because he says things that nobody else says. He thinks Patricia should be fired??? Lmao. Talk about overreacting. Radio gold though. It builds listeners. I'll give him that lol

My comments were pretty much directed at Valenti lol. Valenti's shtick is "not to like anything". It's what he does. He hates everything in life. Listen to him long enough and that's what he is. For me, it's always been a love/hate thing with him. Can't stand listening to him but he's too good not to listen to because he's so brash and over the top. Like I said, he's the ultimate shock jock when it comes to sports radio...

I'll tell you what he is. He's a guy who loves to stir the pot. He doesn't know everything. Not even close. Fucking hilarious it was even said. He's a guy that says shit and gives his opinion on what should happen knowing that it will never happen. Then he'll blast the Lions or whoever for it not going his way. All he is, is a shock jock. He doesn't even live in reality. He's a tool actually....

I have never listened to him, and I wouldn't even if I lived in the area. I hate listening to local sports radio because there is too much bias (positive and negative). I have Sirius in my car and mostly listen to the national shows.

Valenti May be over the top but he doesn’t sugar coat anything. I like 97.1 out of Detroit on my tablet. He blasts MSU and Michigan pretty much the same. I only get him for a few minutes each day but his show is fine . I like the local shows in Gr. Not much of a fan of Huge but I do listen every now and then as he gets more Michigan interviews then the other station. The other station has a two young guys big Drew and Jim and they are both ok by me. I like them better then a huge. Huge just gets better interviews on his show.
