Who should replace Mayhew? Lewand??

Who needs a database? A bunch of crumpled yellow post it notes works just as well. But damn our luck.

Mayhew's office:

Wow. In all that Doug Houge was found. Gives you chills doesn't it?

This organization has a losing mentality, losing attitude and it's been around far too long. Players, coaches, scouting, front office, ect.. is all part of the losing culture.

It's time to start fresh. Every player should be on the block, every coach should be fired, every scout should be gone and every front office personal should be shown the door. The only person in the organization that should be safe and giving 1yr is a receptionist. Somebody has to answer phones!

This organization has to start over, start from scratch. This should of been done after the 0-16 season and it wasn't. Instead they promoted with in and the losing culture stayed the same. Clean out the Detroit organization, strip it clean and start fresh.

Youtube scouting is a viable strategy, unfortunately the Lions are just so damn unlucky.

Hayne was just cut. ...im sure this was the big move mayhew was talking about. He's fumbled 3 times in 13 opportunities on punt returns....sounds right up mayhews scouting alley for rbs.

Wasn't it down to Detroit and San Fran for Hayne? I'm pretty sure Mayhew already went after him once, so I'd be surprised if he didn't do it again.
