I've seen some comments about "future Senate Majority Leader Joe Manchin," and I can't tell if they're joking or not

Get StartedI still think he was more to blame than Rich Rodriguez for the problems they had.I've seen some comments about "future Senate Majority Leader Joe Manchin," and I can't tell if they're joking or not
Crazy. I wish I believed this would be a wake up call for the Republican party.

We don't demand campaign finance transparency or restrictions. Citizens United hit and we did nothing. Is there a bill out there to establish the restrictions we thought we had in place? It's not impossible. It?s getting its boonies no matter what, so why should it? WE are the ones who are asleep. The voters who select these politicians over and over again.

The foxes ain?t gonna intro or pass a bill that limits their access to us chickens. The courts, ?neither.? Gulo, I think we?ll be forced to go ?all Wolverine? at some point to secure our God-given rights.
What rights did god give us?
You've got to extrapolate from a belief in the existence of free will, but once you believe in that, a right to liberty follows. What rights did god give us?

I'm not sure what good would come from campaign finance reform when they won't even take the simplest of measures to ensure the security of elections.
After that, I think the most effective step for curbing government overreach and corruption would be term limits and/or limits on lobbying activity.

Ha ha.
The Georgia run off elections and the Congressional certification of the presidential election both have the makings of must see TV.

I thought of that, but a secure voting system that offers bought-and-paid-for politicians isn’t reform, either.
Eliminate lobbyists. Make it a criminal offense. Because it is, for the most part.
Except plenty of people have tried to find evidence and can't. If there hadn't been any investigating, that would be one thing. But that's not the situation.ah yes, I keep forgetting it's been proved that election fraud doesn't exist because it hasn't been proved that it does. It's a boogey man.
