right....Idiot Mayhew gave him an extension after the fluke 2011 season when he still had a year on his deal. That was a HUGE mistake.

Very few coaches just leave because they want to go elsewhere..Gym Shorts didn't need anything more than a 1-year extension after his current contract ran out. It's not like he was going to have a fit and leave if he didn't get multiple years.

We weren't exactly extending Belichick here.

I would like just about anyone but Schwartz.

I actually like Linehan as an O coordinator.....but I fucking hate Gunther.

We need someone in there who isn't afraid to bring pressure.....help this dline out. Imagine how effective our front four could be if we made opposing oline and quarterbacks worry about who was coming and from where???? Anyone ever notice that? It takes our opponents about .02 seconds to figure out our pressure right now. "Hey, they aren't bringing ANYONE again".

We could actually get Suh, Fairley and Ansah single coverages and probably just a TE or RB on Ansah from time to time.

Also, the stupidity has to end. Guys need to be able to keep their heads when the pressure is on.

The one thing I love about what Jimmy S has done this year is how he has handled the injury prone guys like Delmas. We are as healthy as I can remember a Lions team being...and Schwartz had nothing to do with Burleson and his kamikaze love of pizza.

Playoffs or not.....I hope Jr. Realizes it's time for Schwartz to go.
