On a side note - looks like Myles Jack had a $5m insurance policy if he didnt get drafted in the first round. So he got paid!! (especially if he gets picked in the 2nd round - which is around a $6m/4yr contract)

Doesn't the timing of his comments seem a bit suspect (I might need surgery)? I'll bet the insurance company thinks so.

Your point? Dallas has a pretty damn good team when Romo is healthy. He isn't really needed to play. If the gamble pays off and he can play in 2017, they just got a top 10 talent in the second round. If he doesn't work out, they're still going to have a good team.
