I wouldn't say he was completely undignified though...

Wasn't he able to tell how far away a train was by putting his head on the rail?

(TONTO PUTS HEAD ON TRAIL)

TONTO: "Hmmm...Buffalo come."

LONE RANGER: "How do you know that?"

TONTO: "Ear stick to ground."

I'm not saying I buy into it. Hell, I've argued against it. But I know people that are the types that think liberals are less patriotic and Obama doesn't believe in American exceptionalism which should be a pre-req to be US President....

It's getting harder and harder to believe in American exceptionalism when statistics, facts and global rankings for things like education, literacy, obesity and crime say otherwise.

He probably roots for Michigan ahead of State, don't you all think?

Maybe I'll check with his publicist...

Anyway, I put in a call to his booking agent, and I asked a nice girl there (who currently goes to Michigan; maybe she's an intern, I don't know) and she said she doesn't know who he roots for in college sports, but she would try to find out and get back with me.

So I'll keep all you guys posted.

Cool. I'm interested. I know he is a big Wings fan.

Ah ... I waited on him a couple times at Cottage Inn when I was in college.

Here is a little something I found.

Not that the Sparties wouldn't ask him to speak at a commencement, I would imagine, too.

Might even give him a 2nd honorary doctorate.

was thinking about this further... presenting "anti-colonialism" as some sort of problem American voters should be concerned about is racist as fuck.

you might as well come out and say "niggers, slopes, spics, gooks and indians need to accept the white man as their ruler, and if they don't, it's wrong and they are bad, and we should be concerned, i.e. we can justify using violence, rape, murder, slavery, torture and starvation - the tools of the trade from 1492 to the 1960's - to put them back in their place." that's the essence of all this rhetoric. that's what it boils down to.

fucking own it man. tsmith does, and he's proud of it.

dinesh d'souza is a slimy toad for writing the tripe he does. what a pathetic excuse for a man.

What a steaming pile of bullshit this is. There is nothing to own you miserable excuse for a human being. It isn't the least bit racist. Once again you do exactly what I stated, put words in my mouth then rail against it in some way.

Any conservative saying anything about Obama in any way, makes liberal idiots like Champ jump to the racist card. Keep it up, you just took the cake for the dumbest post I have seen in a month. Maybe you can go for dumbest of the year now.

I wouldn't call the whole "anti-colonialism" thing racist, except for the fact that it is racist.

go ahead, criticize his health care plan, his record on defense, terrorism, etc., his economic policies... but you jump to the racist "his father's anti-colonial views are dangerous" after an entire term...

You were an extra on one of the Gettysburg films, right?

At least - I sure hope that's what it was!!

No. It was at a high school hockey game I was covering. I talked to him on the record (his kid was on one of the teams) and between periods I was leaning over a railing and I felt a foot on my ass. He was nudging me to get my attention.

"What to you think of the game?" He asked me. I don't remember much of the conversation; we actually talked more about the people we knew in common in the film biz.

The whole thing is dumb.

Even though it's wiki, they usually have it pretty accurate on these things.

The Decolonization of Africa.

Most of Africa was already decolonized either before Obama was born, or when he was a little kid; and ostensibly without violent revolution and such things.

So how can "anti-colonialism" be a threat in a non-colonial era?

From any perspective, a lot of passion over this is silly.

Byco, it's cool we have such a resource as you on this board, so you probably can answer the question from first hand experience -

Is he more Wolverine?

Or Spartan?
