you can pretty much bump every other QB's percentage the same percentage points becuuse of thier drops.
They all have normal drops. They stay at 20 drops.

Check out Seattles great secondary against Brees
27 dropbacks no pressure 20/27 74% 121 yards and 1 TD
3/11 27% with pressure on Brees. Plus 1 sack
27 no pressure high comp %, 12 pressure, very low %
Hurries matter.
Give Russell Wilson the same drop rate as Stafford.
.094 or 9.4%. 47/500
13 drops become 29 drops with the same drop rate. So 16 more drops.
182/305=59.6% instead of 198/305=64.9%
Now shut it.
20/27 for 121 yds should tell you he had to dump down the entire game cause the coverage was locked down.
Wilson is only a second year player but the same age.
So far in their careers this is how some of their numers compare.
Wilson
103.7 rating, 70 QBR, 64.5 comp%
Stafford
84.2 rating, 55.7 QBR, 59.7 comp%
Maybe Wilson will regress and come down to Staff's numbers or maybe Staff will become more efficient.
The hurries killed the completion %. I didn't say Seattle played bad in coverage. It just shows more that hurries help a ton. But way to change the subject.
Plus Wilson faces better coverages to throw against (run Ds), has way less throws(harder to keep comp % up with more throws and it keeps the ints down) and has more sure handed WRs (4% drop rate not 9.4%) and better down and distance in 2012. Plus more short fields.
youre calling me stupid and you just named a starter as quality depth. Durham blows and he plays opposite calvin.
Bell is good depth, yes
Hill, sure.
entire dline? You understand our dline is the main reason our secondary blows so bad, don't you? Or do you not understand football? Don't believe me, watch the gb game again...they finally came to play and our secondary looked stellar cause Flynn didn't have all day to throw like every other team we played this year.
oline I listed as quality depth on my first post.
WR, LB, CB, S depth is shit. DT depth is pretty bad....moselys name has been called like once this year.
ST isn't very good which usually means poor depth and poor drafting.....mayhew's specialty.
Durham was not a starter at the beginning of the year .... nice try. He's depth who earned himself a starting gig even after Burleson came back. Wtf are you talking about?
Now you recognize we have depth when it gets thrown in your face how fn stupid you are? lol .... you gotta be on meds.
And now our secondary sucks because our DLine is shit? Holy fk bro, can you explain that? Oh wait, you just did. Matt Flynn .... ok! Our secondary sucks balls, they get beat on the regular. DLine of course plays a part but our DBs need to make a play every now and then on their own ... would be nice no?
I agree about the secondary, they need better depth but guys like Durham and Ross have been ok as quick fixes at the WR spot. Cmon man
And stop blaming Mayhew for our ST woes. Akers has sucked all on his own and a couple of blocked punts and FGs isnt all on Mayhew. Those are mental mistakes from players. Besides, Ross has been great on STs and have the Lions given up a TD on any returns yet? I dont think they have. Great job Mayhew ....see? i can do it too .....dumb, right? Yes it is .....
As for wide receiver depth I would say you could put anyone next to Calvin and they would produce, but Mike Thomas actually happened, so no.
No what?
Thomas was somewhat productive with Jacksonville though, right?
No I don't think we have receiver depth.
Its not the greatest but Durham has been ok IMO. And if Ross can play like he did last week, we'll be fine. It could be worse.....
Ross has been a nice surprise, how the hell were we playing Edwards and Spurlock over him?
I agree with both of you......solid WR depth.....but not good by any means.
What baffles me is that we can't seem to attract any talent here. We are a pass happy offense with a young, strong armed QB who spreads the rock. WHY IN THE **** can't we get a quality #2. Guys should be DYING to play opposite CJ.
I get why we can't get any FA CB talent. We set our corners up for failure on almost every play.....but Detroit should be WR Nirvana for FA's!!
As Eric Decker or James Jones walks in the door .... fingers crossed on either. Decker will be asking for a lot though...
