Another 0 on the stat sheet for Fuller

The int did not need to happen though. Forced to Cj by Stafford, a theme that seems never ending. Down 6 points and plenty of game left. Didn't that lead to another Panthers td?

1. That didn't AT ALL explain how he targeted CJ too much, as you stated.

2. Watch the play again. Right read. CJ ahead of BOTH Carolina defenders. Just a TERRIBLE throw. 5-10 yards too short.

3. Staff gets 95% of the blame for that INT. CJ the other 5%. He tried to hit the ball UP to catch it instead of playing DB and knocking it down.

Again, right read.

Bad throw. REALLY bad throw.

13 targets on 48 throws is a proper percentage

11 of 21 incompletes were not stafford fault watching on rewind. But the int definitely staffords fault

Here is the deal.. defense played good enough to win.. up 7 to 6 they forced a punt... we got the ball back and instead of staying balanced like on the last drive (5/3) pass run the Lions went 3 and out on three passes in a row. Put together a Damn drive... now we didn't and I think Carolina took the lead 13 to 7...no big deal. We get the ball at midfield and throw a Damn bomb ..who cares if it was the right read...work the Damn ball underneath. ..run a little with the fumble twins.. it is like Matt and the whole offense went into panic mode. ..yes the panthers are good.. but we could have won it...Damn we have more weapons!!!!!!

It's that type of air it out bullshit that holds Stafford back. Why not put together a solid drive there instead of going for a home run which backfired and put the ball back in the Panthers hands against a tired defense.

CJ was past the defenders, Stafford just badly underthrew the ball. If he puts the ball where it should be that's an easy TD.

They had a drive before the bomb down 13-7. They mixed it up well and moved it some but it ended with a sack

Bomb was the right call just underthrown

Defense gave up a 70 yard drive after pick. Not a short field. That is on defense giving up two long touchdown drives in late 3rd and 4th

Lol.....that makes absolutely ZERO sense. The best WR on the planet is OPEN downfield and you want him to ignore that to work it underneath??

Wow.

Um......you belong at this boards kiddie table.

Wrong. Turnovers, regardless of where they are on the field.....are not "on the defense". Matt needs to make a better throw there. A MUCH better throw.

Who gives a fk..Stafford, the defense, Freeze etc..we still got our asses kicked.

Targeted Calvin way too much, Stafford is definitely to blame.

Did you even watch the fucking game? He moved the ball well in the first half. Second half he wasn't very good, but not horrible. TWO missed FGS, fumbles, and dropped passes (one for a TD) was the reason why we lost that game. 16-20 points alone left on the field. You can't put blame on the QB...

Second half he was Matt Stafford of old, underwhelming and not the type of qb that beats good teams.

Ryan Broyles should be out there, is it even questionable?

Broyles wont dress til Tate or Ebron go down with an injury. Hes a slot....tate and ebron both play ahead of him in the slot. Fuller dresses for the 12 times a game we go 4 wide and we need another WR on the outside....somewhere broyles has no business being.

Giving up a 70 yard drive is on the defense. I didn't say the turnover was. The TD by the Panthers was on the defense.

Fuller has caught 0 balls, might as well dress Broyles. Line him up anywhere and hell catch more than 0 balls every game. Guy knows how to get open

Broyles did everything that was asked of him, played well in the preseason. It is baffling that he is not on the field. The guy was still a 2nd round pick, whether or not he should have been taken that high. He needs a fair shake out there.

Especially when the guy playing in front of him on the depth chart has done less than nothing. If Fuller was catching balls out there I'd be fine with Broyles staying on the bench. I think Broyles day is coming soon, and after the second half of last game, it should be this week. Fuller is taking up space out there, that's all

Gotta get Broyles out there. This OLine situation is killing him i believe. You can't be short OLinemen and injuries are piling up.

Fuller plays the outside better and is better on special teams. It makes sense. They have Ross for retruns and top slot apparently. Ross caught a couple balls.

Sputtering offense needs a spark, it ain't coming from Fuller. Tate and CJ love the guy, get him in the game

Actually, it doesn't make a lick of sense. He's played two games and has done nothing. If we are justifying Fuller playing over Broyles because of special teams, then the coaches need to get their head out of their ass.

Broyles showed a lot in the pre-season. He's a 2nd round pick. Time to play him.
