They could. That's the point. Outside depth. We already have slot depth active.

There's 0 excuse for Broyles not being on that playing field. He offers something that Fuller doesn't. Fuller has not made a single impact on a game. Broyles has shown that he can be someone who will make the tough catches and get up field. He's about as reliable as the Lions had in the preseason. He's being rewarded with a benching over a rookie who has better measurables (so damn sick of that stuff).

first time im agreeing with LKP in awhile....we completely on the same page...its a personnel move. We have 0 packages where broyles...who sucks....would play in the slot over tate and our match up nightmare Ebron. That's where they line up. Taking snaps away from them being on the field would be dumb.

As far as fuller goes...hes getting like 12 snaps....you guys really thinkg Ryan "immovable chains" Broyles would be productive getting 12 snaps on the outside when he hasn't produced in 3 years?

They move Calvin into the slot sometimes. They move Tate into the slot sometimes. When they do that, they need an outside WR.

Calvin plays outside....and when they go 4 wide....fuller plays outside opposite calvin. They don't go 4 wide much. Hence the 12 snaps. And on a couple occasions they moved tate outside and Ross played slot....and with Ross' limited snaps he caught a couple passes. Again....not enough snaps to be concerned whether or not its Broyles.
