Get StartedI hate to be that guy but I will say it as politely as I can. If you would want to give up a 2nd to sign Baldwin you should never watch football again, find another sport. Players like him are a dime a dozen in the NFL, but everyone gets caught up on the Superbowl he had when he beat a 35 year old champ bailey all day like a drum.

The way I look at it Mayhew will fk up our 2nd round pick anyway so why not..?
Mr. Negativity back at it.
It's fact. Tell me his 2nd round successes? Call it bad luck, injury or whatever the 2nd round picks have been a disaster. That's not being negative..
I am not about to get into yet another pointless argument about which picks were bad, which were crappy, bad luck, injuries, etc...
But he is right on one point Mitch, accepting the past happened is accepting fact. Predicting it will continue to happen is negativity.
In all fairness to Mitch though, when history is used as a measuring stick, there is plenty of reason to be negative.
I wouldn't call it negativity.....I would call it being smart. People everyday use history and the past to reasonably predict what is going to happen in the future. FOr example....I moved to san diego cause the weather has always been nice here. ANd BOOM!....its been nice ever since. Mitch sees that we cant draft worth a lick for the last 20 years...its not unreasonable to think it will continue....on the contrary itd be unreasonable to predict anything other than that. Making a rational, reasonably prediction using facts based on the past is not negative.
I like the San Diego analogy. Just when I moved to Arizona, I knew based on history it would be beautiful for parts of the year and hot as fk the others parts.
