Do you need me to list the centers picked in the first 3 rounds that started right away vs centers picked in the first 3 rounds that were "groomed"?
Raiola is one. He didn't play his rookie year. Raiola was like a 10 year groom though
Stork played in the pre-season. Don't know how many practices he misssed but that was early in camp. Depends when he came back. And he may not have won the job. He could be groomed.
Raiola clearly wasn't getting beat out. I'll take several years of Swanson. Chill out on the short term only approach.
