No Arod. What I meant is that for a 1st offense is 50 and they weren't even offering 65, then they must have more stuff on him.

Well Arods failure to cooperate technically should have gotten him 100. But it;s like someone else pointed out, the Yankees and Hank are trying to get him a lifetime suspension so they can void his contract or get insurance or something to cover it.
They probably have the same on Arod as they do on Cruz, the difference being Arod refusal to speak to investigators could net him extra time.
All those links are dead? anyone else get that?

Its the linking system on this board.
ARoid appealing. Shocker.
I know "innocent until proven guilty" is how it is supposed to go, but when literally everyone else accepts their punishments and everyone knows ARoid is still a cheater and liar 10 years later I have lost a lot of respect for Joe Girardi. He knows damn well ARoid cheated and should get that suspension, so this is pretty unethical on his part in my opinion to play him. Not only that, it's stupid as hell. Does he realize ARoid is terrible and in fact might worsen their team?
If ARod would have gotten 50 games like everybody eles did today I would have been on him for appealing. 200 games....**** that.....I would appeal too!
He deserves a lifetime ban, he has done this for literally over a span of 10 years, on that 03 list and now once more.

that '03 list was not an offense though. I don't care if he has been doing it from day one....they have a CBA and they shouldn't be able to arbitrarily hand out suspensions. They have a system....50, 100 then lifetime.
I'm glad he's appealing now instead of making a deal and getting a bit of a reduced sentence. Let it all come to light and let this guy put the final nail in his coffin and legacy. I can only imagine all the evidence they have on ARod if they were able to get Braun to finally shut the F up.
I think Quintana should fire a heater at A Rod's head and flip him the finger.
